| Pat Johnson (Victoria) received Presidential Citation (International) 2012 Next year will be the last year for District 21 to represent the whole province. The realignment amendment was past at the 2013 Spring Conference into District 21 South and District 21 North. TI changed their Policies and Procedures in Feb/13 on splitting a District, as a result District 21 South will retain the old number because First Canadian Toastmasters #38 is the oldest club in the District and in District 21 South.
